Professional layout for all awards included in your price.
To create an exceptional award, we ask that you send us
best quality image files you have. This means that all
images or logos should be sent in a clean black & white
Vector format. Our preferred format is .CDR file. Other
formats accepted:
.AI, .EPS—Encapsulated Postscript (generic eps vector
graphic) . We will accept other formats such as Raster. In
.TIFF, .JPG, .JPEG, .BMP, .PSD

What's the difference you ask...
Vector files are distinguishable as they will be in .eps,
.ai, .cdr formats and when the logo is clicked on
numerous lines will appear within the logo. If a box
opens up around your logo, the format is most likely not
vector line art.

Vector Graphics are formulas that define an outline that
can be read by our laser equipment. Raster Graphics are
defined by individual pixels and is not recommended,
this creates delays in production. Most high quality
artwork today is created digitally in a vector format;
Raster Graphic is acceptable, but not recommended, if it
is high resolution (at least 300 dpi), and large enough to
show all detail. LARGER ART IS BETTER ART!
Raster Graphics have to be redrawn in vector format by
our Art Department before your project can proceed. Art
changes, re-typesetting or color separations will be
quoted by our staff at ($50.00) per hour. To avoid extra
charge please send your complete acceptable art.
Also provide award recipient names via E-mail to allow us
to typeset your personalizations. DOC, TXT, or in Email
body.
