ARTWORK - All orders should be accompanied by sharp, black
and white, vector artwork. See "Art Work" Tab for more info.
MINIMUM ORDER - There is NO minimum order required.
PROOFS - Proofs are always FREE!!! Proofs are generated 1-4
days after your order has been placed for all standard lead times.
For rush orders , your proofs will arrive within 24-48 hours.

SETUP FEES - See the "Setup Fees" Tab for more info.
COLORFILL - Please check with us to obtain information about
available colors. One color is included, a charge of $5.00 each will
apply for each additional color per item.
PACKAGING - Our items are packaged with the utmost care to
insure they are delivered to you without damage. In a few cases,
due to the size of the award packaging may not be available.
SHIPPING - See "Shipping" Tab for more info.
FREIGHT CLAIMS/BREAKAGE - Our absolute first priority is
your Satisfaction and CiG guarantees that your shipment is what
you ordered and will arrive in good condition. If it does not, we offer
free replacement. Exceptions to this is if the freight carrier is
responsible for any damage claims must be made with the carrier
within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. In the event of breakage,
be sure to save all cartons and packaging for inspection. Title to
goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. point.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS - Please discuss with us before
returning any item to receive authorization.
FONTS - With a choose of over 7,000 fonts, we are sure we can
accommodate your needs or you have a specific font you would
like us to use.
FONT TRANSFER - (Mac and PC) or Consult Factory
PRODUCTION TIME - Please allow 1-5 business days for in
Stock items, 6-9 business days on Small orders, 10-21 business
days on Standard orders, and Custom & Large orders please
consult factory. Please note the times are after approval of artwork.
RUSH ORDERS - We will make every effort to accommodate your
needs. Rush orders are subject to additional costs depending on
the project.
We also keep some of our online products in stock at our etching
facility to accommodate your needs. If you are flexible with the
design of your award, one of our experts can offer you a couple
suggestions for your event. It will save you time and money. We are
often able to ship these awards out within 24-48 hours or as
needed. Nothing is impossible!
