production replaced his teaching career,
and he moved to the banks of the
Salado Creek in Central Texas.
was born into a heritage of ranching
and farming in West Texas. Hard
work was a way of life, yet there was
a nuturing freedom for the
developing talents of the young
Lonnie.
Working primarily in the lost wax process of casting,
his pieces appear in bronze, copper, stainless steel and wrought iron.
