time.

Ship Safe Promise   

We are constantly searching for new ways to ship our delicate
pieces safely to you. We are so confident that we have the best
packaging in the industry that we would like to offer you our
“Ship Safe Promise”. We personally guarantee that every piece
we ship to you will arrive safe and sound . **In the unlikely
event your pieces are damaged we will replace them FREE of
charge including covering all costs required to get your
replacements to you for your event. Exceptions to this is if the
freight carrier is responsible for any damage or your PO is not
clear. We must ask, however, that you notify us no later than
72 hours from receipt of the damaged merchandise. It is
necessary to secure return approval PRIOR to the return of any
items. Please retain any and all original packaging if a
claim is involved.

Perfect Art Promise   

Thanks to years of experience and expert artists at your
service, you will enjoy working with us as we create your
amazing artwork. Whether one piece or 1000 pieces, we do not
etch your beautiful awards until you have signed off on your art
proofs. Our team is happy to make changes as needed and
committed to absolute perfection. Once you sign off on your
proofs we guarantee your awards will arrive exactly as you
approved.
